Arrival: As of 14:00, our rooms are at your disposal.

Day of departure: The rooms are at your disposal until 11:00. We can keep your luggage until the evening.

Invoice: We accept Girocard, Visa, Mastercard and cash.

Pharmacy: Various pharmacies are located nearby, please ask at the reception.

Bed for baby: On your request, we will gladly provide you free of charge a baby bed at your disposal.

Bank: You can find different banks nearby.  Iron and -board: You can have an iron and -board free of charge.  Please appeal to the reception.

In case of early departure (before 7:00 or 8:00 am), we kindly ask you to check out the evening before. The tax offices require the exact address of your company on the invoice for business trips. We kindly ask you to inform us of your billing address already before invoicing.

Blankets: Upon request, we will gladly provide you with an additional blanket at your disposal. Please contact the reception.

Bike shed: For bikes, you can use our bike shed in the beer garden. You can get the key for it at the reception. Please keep it closed and locked off.

Fire extinguisher: They are located in each hallway for your safety.

Breakfast buffet: You can have breakfast in the adjoining room (Nebenzimmer).

Beverages: In the meeting room on the 1st floor (main building) you will find a selection of cooled beverages. Please sign up in the lists on display after collection.

Guest garden: In front of the house door (access through the yard gate), you can enjoy our garden with sunbeds and seating. The cushion pads are located in the cushion box, please put them back again.

Dogs: We will be happy to welcome them for an extra charge of 20,00 Euros per day (without food) with their own basket or blanket. During the time of breakfast, we kindly ask you not to take your dog with you. We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash and not to walk it in the garden as well as on the property, rather use the paths and meadows in the surrounding area.

Internet: You have the possibility to connect free of charge to our

A qualified support service for Wi-Fi is also available at the reception.

Copy service/ or fax dispatch: At the reception, we will gladly help you if you need copies or want to send a fax.

Pillows: Kindly ask at the reception if you would like to have another pillow or an additional blanket. We have a pillow selection for you (small/large pillows).

Taxi: You can get a taxi by calling for free at the reception desk.

Table bookings: We would be pleased to receive your table reservation in order to be able to guarantee you a place.

Room: The rooms are cleaned daily in the morning.
As part of responsible behavior towards the environment, the towels are not automatically changed every day, which is also requested by the guests. If you want clean towels, please put the used towels on the floor.

In case of minor carelessness of our cleaning staff or technical problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Room key: The room key also locks the house door.
The small (other) key is for the safe in the wardrobe.
You are welcome to leave your room key at reception during the day.

If you plan to return after 21:00, please take the key with you, as the front door is locked after 21:00.

In emergency situations, you can reach us at any time, even outside of opening hours.
